My Miracles

I'm not really a good singer but still I want to sing for the Lord. Yesterday, I sang this song in church as a dedication to Him and to the angel He has sent to watch over me...my mom, Holiday, who is celebrating her birthday today.

She watched by my cradle through long, sleepless nights

Because of the place that I hold in her prayers

As I predicted, I cried. Before the program, I tried to convince myself that I won't/shouldn't cry. But as I was singing, I took a glance where my mom was seated and saw that she was crying. That was it. My voice became shaky and tears started to run down my cheeks. When I think about it now, it was a bit embarrassing that I cried in front of the whole church. But at that moment, I didn't care. It was how I felt... I shed tears of joy because I am blessed with such a loving mom and I thank God that He continues to give both of us life so we can spend time with each other.

I also would like to thank my friends who came to church yesterday - Shannalyn King, Andre Liban, Stephen Lee, Chino Tan, Van Bueno, Janee de Guzman, Paz Allorro, and Jac Endiafe. Thank you so much to all of you. You guys have no idea how overjoyed I felt to have you all there in church with me and for being there to celebrate my mom's birthday. God has blessed me with such great & understanding friends. I can't thank Him enough.
