The seventh day, Sabbath

Last night, I caught a glimpse of Mark Finley in 3ABN channel 45 and he was talking about Revelation and once again, about the Sabbath. I like what he said that the commandment about Sabbath day starts with the word 'Remember' because God knows that many people will forget. One factor is the concept of Charles Darwin regarding evolution. Many people will forget about the seventh day, Sabbath because of this fast changing world...some even changed the day of worship. People are too busy to remember God's commandment. The Bible says that even God rested on the seventh day after He created all things. He hallowed and sanctified the Sabbath. The seventh day, Sabbath is a day to remember and worship our Creator to give back all the praises to His love for all us, His creatures. Mark Finley also mentioned that if we want to receive God's Sabbath blesssing, we must worship on the seventh day. Not the first day or any other day of the week. Sabbath is truly a blessing because every week I have something to look forward to...a day of rest with my Creator.
